'African Boogie' dance class is a lunch hour workout taught by Adrienne Veseth at the Downtown Dance Collective: www.ddcmontana.com. The class is on- going Thursdays from 12 noon to 1pm. 'African Boogie' is a high energy, low-impact, continuous movement dance workout. It is focusing on feeling the essence of what is behind Traditional West African dance, with traditional steps and consciousness of exactly what the body is doing and how it should feel.
